On August 3, 2021, hosted by the Northeast Institute of Geography and Agroecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and co-organized by LICA, British ASD Company, American Resonon Company and Canadian Itres Company, the 2021 Hyperspectral Measurement Technology and Application Academic Exchange Conference Successfully held online. From Beijing Normal University, China University of Mining and Technology, Chinese Academy of Forestry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Agricultural University, Beijing Forestry University, Northeast Normal University, Southwest University, Nanjing University of Information Technology, Zhejiang University, Fudan University, Nankai University, Tongji University, Xinjiang Experts, scholars and business personnel from nearly 200 units including the University, Northwest A&F University, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, Northeast Forestry University, etc. participated in the online conference, and the number of visits to the live broadcast room reached more than 8,000 times.
In recent years, hyperspectral remote sensing has developed into an important cutting-edge technology, which has further improved people’s ability to recognize things through remote sensing observation technology. Because hyperspectral remote sensing images provide more abundant information on the surface of the earth, it is useful in crop monitoring, forest research, and Geology and mineral analysis, water color remote sensing, oceanographic research, atmospheric research and other fields are widely used. In order to strengthen the understanding of the vast number of researchers on hyperspectral remote sensing technology and research progress, promote exchanges among scholars in different disciplines, and broaden the application and development of hyperspectral remote sensing technology in different research fields, this online seminar is divided into expert reports And technical training.
The meeting began at 9:00 on August 3, and the general manager of LICA Baoyu Sun gave an opening speech for the meeting. He welcomed all the teachers and students who came to the meeting and wished the seminar a complete success.
In the morning report, Zheng Xingming, associate researcher of Northeast Institute of Geography and Agroecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhao Dan, associate researcher of Institute of Aerospace Information Innovation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dr. Yu Run of Beijing Forestry University, Institute of Geographical Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences Researcher Sun Zhigang from, explained their reports separately. The topics of their reports were hyperspectral features of ground features and their applications in remote sensing parameter retrieval, forest tree species identification and species diversity monitoring based on hyperspectral and lidar, Research on early monitoring of diseases and insect pests by hyperspectral and lidar, and hyperspectral remote sensing experiment and model simulation of physiological stress of winter wheat in North China Plain.
In the afternoon report, student Xu Jingxian of Fudan University, Han Shanlong R&D manager of LICA, Dr. Zhiqing Cheng of Anhui Agricultural University, Zhao Ni Applied Science Engineer of LICA, and Xinxin Zhang of LICA, respectively explained their respective reports. The topic is as follows: Sugarcane area Remote sensing monitoring of production and output, making hyperspectral measurement simpler—Introduction to the improvement of IRIS software and hardware, research on hyperspectral estimation of tea leaf moisture under the influence of dust retention, introduction to the application of ground objects and imaging spectrometers, ASD ground object spectrometer operation training and Use skills.
After the report, Zhang Xinxin, a near-Earth remote sensing engineer from LICA, gave a detailed introduction to the ASD ground object spectrometer operation training.
This exchange meeting made full use of the Internet platform and integrated text, voice, images and other forms of online live broadcast. During the meeting, students who participated in the meeting faced the difficulties and actively participated in online communication. Teachers were in the live broadcast room. Live answering questions to students who asked questions. Everyone listened attentively, the learning atmosphere was good, and the interaction was enthusiastic.
Through the study and communication of this exchange meeting, I believe that teachers and students have a deeper understanding of hyperspectral measurement technology and application, and also have a better understanding of ASD surface spectrometer.
If you have any needs, please feel free to contact us, LICA will wholeheartedly serve the majority of scientific researchers.
