In response to the call for national ecological civilization construction, promote the construction of ecological disciplines, and further promote the exchange of the latest research results by young ecologists, the “5th Symposium on Young Scientists in Terrestrial Ecosystems” will be held from August 25 to August 27, 2019. Held in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province.
The conference was initiated by the Alliance of Young Ecologists and hosted by the College of Life Sciences of Lanzhou University. The National Key Laboratory of Grassland Agro-ecosystems and the Institute of Ecology Innovation of Lanzhou University were assisted. This is following the 2015 Hulunbeier (first) in Inner Mongolia, Guilin (the second) in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2016, Xining (the third) in Qinghai Province in 2017, and Guangzhou in Guangdong Province in 2018. Another youth ecologist exchange activity after the fourth session.

At the invitation of the organizer, LICA also set up a booth of technology and products at the venue, and exhibited our instruments in the field of wetland and ecological civilization construction in the form of posters, which won the unanimous praise of the participating teachers.
