LICA United Technology Limited attends the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Remote Sensing Ground Observation Alliance
From June 3 to 5, the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Remote Sensing Ground Observation Alliance was grandly held in Changchun, Jilin Province. The meeting was co-sponsored by the Quantitative Remote Sensing Professional Committee of the China Remote Sensing Application Association and the Remote Sensing Ground Observation Alliance, and hosted by the Northeast Institute of Geography and Agricultural Ecology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Changchun Jingyuetan Remote Sensing Experiment Station of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Well-known experts, scholars, scientific researchers and industry representatives from the field of remote sensing across the country attended the meeting to conduct in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics such as the development of remote sensing ground observation technology, application innovation and future planning.
The opening ceremony of the meeting was hosted by Researcher Li Xiaofeng, Director of the Changchun Jingyuetan Remote Sensing Experiment Station of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Su Fenzhen, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Basic Capabilities Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Li Lujun, Deputy Director of the Northeast Institute of Geography and Agricultural Ecology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, delivered speeches to kick off the meeting. Liu Qinhuo, Director of the Quantitative Remote Sensing Committee and Researcher of the Space Information Innovation Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was invited to attend.
During the meeting, 14 member stations reported on their work in 2024 and shared their field observation experience. The delegates discussed quantitative remote sensing network observation and data sharing, and reached a consensus on the key tasks for 2025: promoting the construction of shared websites, conducting joint experiments, formulating observation specifications, deepening data sharing, and helping the alliance to develop and upgrade.

He combined the company's technical advantages and practical experience to share the application and practice of several spectral measurement technologies in remote sensing observation. His unique insights provided new ideas for the development of the industry. In addition, LICA United also set up a booth on site, attracting many experts and scholars to consult.
After the meeting, the head of the field station of the Chinese Academy of Sciences led the delegates to visit the Nong'an Remote Sensing Authenticity Test Base and the Jingyue Remote Sensing Observation Base of Jingyuetan Station. This annual meeting has built an academic and technical exchange platform, which has an important impact on promoting the innovation of remote sensing observation technology and industrial development in my country.
