LICA Participates in the 23rd World Congress of Soil Science, Aligning with Global Frontiers in Soil Research
From June 7 to 12, the 23rd World Congress of Soil Science (WCSS 2026) was successfully held at the Nanjing International Expo Center in Jiangsu Province. Co-hosted by the International Union of Soil Sciences (IUSS) and the Chinese Soil Science Society, and organized by the Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the congress attracted nearly 3,000 soil science experts, researchers, and industry professionals from over 100 countries and regions for in-depth discussions, exchanges, and collaborations.As the most influential academic event in the global soil science field, the World Congress of Soil Science is held every four years and has a history spanning nearly a century.
